About Me and My Journey

My journey as a therapist started 10 years ago when I began studying psychology, art therapy and gestalt therapy, and dedicated more time to drawing and exploring my creativity. As a naturally intuitive, creative and empathetic person, I have always been drawn to the concept of connecting with the subconscious mind through creativity and art in therapy, which allowed me to further explore my own natural talents to empower myself and others.
I also dedicated myself to studying psychosomatic healing after I was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and went through a challenging post-surgery recovery. At that time, I learned to rely on my own inner resources and strong intention to recover, and I was also blessed to receive support and wisdom from the right teachers (therapists, coaches and somatic practitioners), whose knowledge and resources were crucial in my healing and transformation process. Not only was I able to help my body recover, but I learned to understand and cherish it.
I have transformed my life completely by recognizing and choosing my authentic gifts and desires. This required several life changes and transitions, but I have never felt happier and more alive than I feel now.
I have designed “Transforming Creatively” program to help you start listening to yourself now, paying attention to your body, understanding your emotions and feelings, connecting with your inner resources and creative potential, to start making the right choices in life. This can be done through the process of self-discovery and awareness (oftentimes, this would first require healing some past wounds), and choosing the life path that is most aligned with your authentic self.
My Beliefs
We all contain the perfect blueprint of our highest potential, just like an acorn has a seed to become a beautiful oak tree one day. When all of the elements are in place (we are healed, nourished, and nurtured), we can transform and actualize the potential of our blueprint.
The Art of Healing
Our healing process can be unique and creative. Besides traditional therapy, I choose techniques, or a combination of techniques (art therapy, gestalt, psychosomatic therapy), that are most suitable for each of my clients. With the right guidance, it is possible for us to tap into our subconscious, intuition, inner resources, and creativity to heal and to find the answers to all our questions.
Transformation
Transformation can take place after or in parallel with the healing process, when we identify and support the changes necessary to align our life with our authentic self and highest potential.
