In my coaching, I blend somatic and nervous-system techniques, trauma-informed approaches, gestalt therapy, NLP, Inner child, Internal family system (IFS) work, and more.

A typical coaching program, which can be provided both in-person and online, lasts 3 months and includes weekly meeting sessions, regular follow-ups and support from me with practical daily techniques guidance.
